- Upon reservation there is a deposit of 50% of the whole amount.
- At agreed prices are include the VAT and Council Taxes
- In case of cancellation 21 days before the arrival date the deposit is refunded.
- Check out time 12:00. Clients occupying the room till 18:00 are charged an extra 50% on the room rate. After 18:00 a full room rate is paid.
- Ratted per bed is prohibited.
- The room rate is increased by 20%, if an extra bed is added at client's request.
- In any case, clients should never agree to pay amounts exceeding those mentioned at the back of the door.
- In case of cancelation during a stay a 50% compensation of the remaining days originally agreed is due and payable to the enterprise by the customer (Ν.1652/86 ΦΕΚ167 Α).
